1. Agreement

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of landainow.com and the digital products and services offered by Landai Now (“we”, “us”, or “our”). By using the site or purchasing a product, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the site or purchase our products.

2. Products and services

We offer digital templates and setup guides for inquiry automation (including Grok Bot templates), optional industry packs, and custom setup / maintenance services described on the website. Product descriptions, features, and prices on the site are informational; the checkout page for a specific purchase controls what you buy.

3. Checkout and delivery

Standard template products are sold through Creem, which acts as Merchant of Record. Payment is processed by Creem under Creem’s terms and policies. After successful payment, Creem emails your deliverables: a password-protected Setup Guide page URL, the access password, and the Grok Bot template share link (and/or follow-up from us). Guide content is on gated pages under /guides — not as open PDF/Notion links or public downloads.

Custom setup and related services may be scoped and invoiced separately (including via Creem or other agreed payment methods) after we confirm the work with you by email.

4. License and use

Upon purchase of a digital template product, we grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the delivered materials for your own business operations (for example, configuring an inquiry agent for your clinic or service business). You may not resell, redistribute, sublicense, or publicly share the template files, Setup Guide access (URL/password), or Bot share links as a standalone product, unless we agree in writing. Do not publicly share guide passwords.

5. Accounts and third-party tools

Our products may require you to use third-party platforms (such as Grok Bot, email providers, or form tools). Those services have their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for outages, policy changes, or limitations of third-party platforms.

6. No professional advice guarantee

Templates and guides help you automate common inquiry workflows. They are not legal, medical, financial, or insurance advice. You remain responsible for reviewing replies, complying with applicable laws and industry rules, and ensuring information about your business is accurate before going live.

7. Refunds

Because digital products are delivered electronically soon after purchase, refunds are handled case by case. If you have a delivery problem or believe a charge was made in error, contact landainow@agentmail.to promptly with your order details. Where Creem processed the payment, refunds may also be subject to Creem’s refund policies and timelines. Custom services already performed may be non-refundable to the extent work has been completed.

8. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the site or products for unlawful, deceptive, or harmful purposes
• Attempt to disrupt or reverse-engineer the website infrastructure
• Misrepresent affiliation with Landai Now
• Share purchased deliverables in violation of the license in Section 4

9. Disclaimers

The site and products are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that use of the templates will achieve any specific lead volume, revenue, or conversion outcome.

10. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Landai Now and its operators will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, goodwill, or business opportunities, arising from your use of the site or products. Our total liability for any claim relating to a purchase will not exceed the amount you paid for that purchase in the twelve (12) months before the claim. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations; in those cases, our liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.

11. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Landai Now from claims, damages, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your misuse of the products, your content or customer communications, or your violation of these Terms or applicable law.

12. Changes to the site or Terms

We may update the website, products, pricing, and these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date will change when Terms are revised. Material changes apply going forward; continued use after posting constitutes acceptance. For already-purchased digital products, the Terms in effect at purchase generally continue to apply to that purchase unless we notify you otherwise.

13. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable where Landai Now operates, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Courts with competent jurisdiction in that place may hear disputes, unless mandatory consumer protections in your country require otherwise.
